Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown, including any applicable taxes and fees.

Any billing disputes must be reported to customer service within 30 days of the charge date.

5. User Conduct

• Resell, white-label, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our express permission

6. Facility Usage

6.1 Facility Rules

Users must adhere to all rules and guidelines established by the Facility Owner. These may include rules regarding:

• Appropriate footwear and attire
• Food and beverage policies
• Equipment usage
• Maximum capacity
• Noise levels
• Smoking and alcohol policies

6.2 Facility Condition

Users are responsible for leaving the facility in the same condition they found it. Any damage caused by Users may result in additional charges.

6.3 Facility Amenities

The availability of amenities (changing rooms, showers, equipment, etc.) is determined by each Facility Owner and may vary. PitchNGround does not guarantee the availability of specific amenities unless explicitly stated in the facility listing.

7. Facility Owner Obligations

7.1 Accurate Listings

Facility Owners must provide accurate information about their facilities, including:

• Accurate descriptions of the facility and amenities
• Current and accurate availability
• Complete disclosure of any rules or restrictions
• Clear pricing information

7.2 Facility Maintenance

Facility Owners are responsible for ensuring their facilities are safe, clean, and maintained in good condition.

7.3 Honoring Bookings

Facility Owners must honor all confirmed bookings made through the Service.

8. Reviews and Ratings

8.1 Review System

Users may leave reviews and ratings for facilities they have booked through our Service.

8.2 Review Content

Reviews must:

• Be based on genuine experiences
• Be honest and accurate
• Not contain offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content

8.3 Review Monitoring
